Achieving Independence and Mastery in School (AIMS) is a group based intervention. AIMS includes up to 32 sessions that are delivered at school 2-3 times per week for 30-45 minutes.
AIMS is designed to be administered by 1 school professional (e.g., teacher, school psychologist counselor, social worker, etc.) in a classroom setting.
AIMS consists of 5 modules that discretely build executive functions related to academic success:
Module 1 - Executive Functioning and Social Communication
Module 2 - Problem Solving
Module 3 - Organization Systems
Module 4 - Planning and Prioritizing
Module 5 - Study Strategies
